ジターリングニュージーランドでオフィシャルトリック：http://jitterring.co.nz/official-tricks-moves/として使われている動画は1998年バンダイ社が販売していたビデオです。これをアメリカの人が勝手にyoutubeにアップした物を使っています。コピー動画が蔓延している今では個人の動画不正アップはそこまで問題とされる行為ではありません。しかしメーカーがそれを使い、個人の動画・画像を勝手にコピーして使うことは他社・他人の著作権を軽視する行為は不適切です。メーカーは独自のトリック動画・画像を用意するべきです。

現在動画へのリンクは切れていますが、Shawnと松岡君のプレイ動画をShawnのサイトからダウンロードして、youtubeのマーレイ氏のアカウントwairoanzに勝手にアップして音をyoutube音源に差し替えたものを使っていました。これらの動画は動画のURLが知っていないと再生できない設定になっています。抗議後動画へのリンクは消されましたがコピー動画はまだyoutube上に削除されずに残っています。コピー動画を消すべきです。

BANDAIの大会の動画は田窪が撮影したものです。田窪が10年前にShawに大会のビデオテープで送りました。Shawnだけに公開する許可を与えました。そしてShawnが私からの許可を得てhttp://www.yoyoing.com/shawn/に動画をアップしました。その動画をジターリングニュージーランドのマーレイポッツ(Murray potts)がそれをダウンロードしして自分のアカウントで勝手にアップして盗作したものです。

2011.3.4に入手。リングはスピードリングと同じです。リングがピカピカして滑りすぎるので、まず最初に軽く紙やすりでこすって軽いチューンしてください。軽量ビーズです。購入時にはビーズと溶接部分をチェックしてください。

ビーズ一個が平均6.176gでかなり軽めになっています。
バンダイジターリングよりも約2ｇ、アイランドエッジジターリングよりも1.36gほど軽いです。
今まで最軽量だった。プロトタイプのキラービーが7.2gでそれよりもさらに１ｇ軽いことになります。

元々が中国製スピードリングなんで製造のクオリティが低いです。
2本購入しましたが、一本は溶接がひどく。
もう一本は溶接は良いのですが、ビーズの1つが、厚さが4分の3ほどしか無い不良品でした。
注文するときはビーズと溶接の良いのを送ってもらうようにするか。
5～10本ほど頼めば良いのが1本はあると思います。

ビーズのデザインは良いです。ビーズが5つ揃っていて溶接がよければ良いリングだと思います。軽量ビーズですが慣れれば普通にプレイできます。

若干ビーズの内径が広めです。これによりビーズのスピードがかなり速くなっています。

ビーズスピードが速い代わりに、ビーズが軽いからか、内径が広めだからか少しビーズが止まりやすいようです。

2011年３月１０日にstores.jitterringmaui.comからメールが来ました。詳細は省きますが、マウイからのメールには、これはジターリングではありません。そして製造会社との問題があった事が書かれています。

本当のジターリングが４月に入るのでそれを送ってるくれるそうです。そしてこのスピードリングを捨てるようにと書かれています。つまり交換ということになるようです。

交換は私だけなのでしょうか、サイトには他の通販分や現地で売られた分の交換などについて書かれていません。

この返品交換の裏でジターリングニュージーランドのマーレイポッツによるこのレビューを消そうとする隠ぺい工作と圧力がありました。

以前少しmixiに書いていましたがここに、そのいきさつの詳細を書くことにします。

マーレイはスピードリング版のジターリングを止めて、自分の作ったリングをアイランドエッジジターリングとして差し替えたかったのではないでしょうか。リングを交換するからこのレポートを削除してくれとの要請を受けました。この一連の中でJCRAは圧力を受けたと感じています。

JCRAでは訂正依頼は受けつけますが、隠蔽依頼・隠ぺい工作・圧力は受けつけません。

可能な限りやり取りの記録を公開します。ここまで公開する理由は圧力を受けたからです。圧力をかけてこなければこういう告発をしなくてはいけないまで追い込まれることにはなりませんでした。それに交換リングは来ません。不当な要求に対抗するためと。やり取りは複雑で、全てのやり取りの内容が解らないとこの問題が理解できないのと。マーレイは私のメールの文章をCcとして他の人物へ転送しています、全てでは無いかもしれないのでこの他の人物に今回起きたことについて認識の違いを無くすためです。

以下：加筆の注釈はピンク文字で書いています。

About the Ring you received from Hawaii (Confidential)

Hi Takubo,

I will tell you the story about that ring, but I hope you can keep it
confidential.

Island Edge was basically a three-way partnership. In recent years
Solomon and Jason have been busy on other projects and had not kept in
touch with the other partner (Ohia and husband) in Maui. Last year
Ohia decided to relaunch the Jitter Ring in Hawaii. She could not
locate Solomon or Jason, and unfortunately she was unable to locate
me.

When Ohia looked back through the records she found the contact
details for one of the factories I had worked with, and sadly, that
was the notorious T*** **** of Amres. Mr. ****** sent here samples that
were good, probably some leftover stock from one of my productions.

Ohia then ordered 3,000 pieces, and he sent her 3,000 pieces of "Speed
Ring" rubbish, made in China, totally different than the samples. Ohia
told me the gauge of the stainless was different than the samples, the
"beads" are made using cheap, brittle brass, and many of the welded
joins on the rings were of very, very poor quality.

Basically, it is not a "real" Jitter Ring. It is certainly not my product.

Ohia and I have been in touch in recent weeks. I did suggest to her
recently that she NOT ship any of the H*** Rings internationally as it
would damage the brand. But, well, I guess she is under some pressure
to get a return on her investment.

But yesterday she told me she had sent some rings to Northern Marianas
(Pacific island), a couple to Singapore, and one to Japan. I said to
her, "I bet I know who bought that ring in Japan", and sure enough, it
was sent to you!

Ohia is a lovely person, and I feel her pain over having all these
junk rings. I don't think she will export any more of that bad stock
in future. She will try to unload the Bad H*** Rings locally, somehow.

In the last week both Solomon and Jason have come back to life, and we
are all talking again. They will soon have proper stock (my approved
quality ring).

This email to you is an appeal NOT to let the world know about this
unfortunate, embarrassing, situation. I personally offer to provide
you, free of charge, a replacement for that ring, and an extra two
rings as "compensation". My stock arrives here in New Zealand on 30
March.

If what I am trying to say is not clear in translation, please get
back to me with your questions.

2011.02.13にアイランドエッジマウイに新ジターリングを注文して19日に発送され、到着を待っていた25日にマーレイからこのメールが届きました。

She could not locate Solomon or Jason, 彼女はソロモンかジェイソンを見つけられなかった。と書いてありますが。2010年6月に私はメールでジェイソンからまもなく新しいジターリングが出来ることについての話を聞いていましたので、この話はおかしいなと思いました。

この時点では輸出はせずに、ハワイ内だけで消費させようとの考えだったようです。ハワイ内ではこれを販売して。ハワイ以外ではマーレイのリングになるんだと受け止めていました。

このリングのステンレスメインリングサイズは一般的なサイズで問題はありません。真鍮ビーズはくすんでいて作られて年月がかなり経っていることが解りました。マーレイのリングも溶接悪いリングは結構ありました。マウイから届いた2本のうち一本は溶接はひどかったです、もう一本はビーズが不良品でしたが溶接はきれいでした。

リングを交換すると書いています。このリングと関係の無いマーレイが自分のリングと交換を要請してきました。彼が何をしたいのかさっぱりわかりませんでした。マーレイがなんだかんだ理由をつけて割り込んで、昔みたいに自分のリングをアイランドエッジへ売ることになるんだろうなと思いました。

If you insist to promote this MISTAKE, then please link only to

not buy from JitterRing.com, so don't make further wrongful
conclusions.

If you like the Mistake Ring, be happy, have fun, share with your

The Mistake Ring is not our product. We do not want to confuse the
market. Maybe, if we get too much competition from cheap chinese
products we will offer cheap ring under new brand.

But I see no point in cheap ring. Maybe good for kids in undeveloped
country. For us to sell in Europe or USA or Australia/New Zealand,
Japan, Singapore, Canada we need to reserve a big margin for
wholesalers, distribution, retail margin and promotion. Then the
difference between cheap ring cost and hight quality ring cost is not
important. Quality and consistency are most important factor.

Proper toy channel requires careful development. That is the way to
add value for everybody, including the end user. Then the children and
young players will be happy too.

Focus on cheap price and poor quality is market killer. Only raw
material supplier and original factory will be happy, but not for long
time.

This time we can make the chatter ring a toy that will never die. For
the next 100 years it will stay in the toy shops. Like Monopoly board
game, and Lego, and Hot Wheels toy cars. NOT sitting in old corner of
dark warehouse and forgotten.

Anyway, we will wait for Jitter Ring Maui to answer you.

Please forgive me but the ring that I sent you is NOT a Jitter Ring. It is actually a much lesser quality product....speed ring. The company I have used in the past has sent me terrible rings. They lied. They sent me samples of Jitter Rings and when I placed the order they shipped out speed ring. It is very bad business. I am happy you are able to play the terrible speed ring however please know that this IS NOT A JITTER RING. I will be closing my website to fix this problem. I am expecting The Real Thing...Jitter Ring in April. I will be happy to send you two of our Real Thing...Jitter Rings when I have it. Then you can throw the speed ring away. Speed rings are useable but not suitable for people with talent, skill, creativity, and advance tricks. It is very embarassing on my part. I am working with the A****** Company to compensate me for cheating. Mr. Murray Potts, the creator/inventor of the Jitter Ring is working with me to fix this most embarrasing problem. マウイからのメールです。

矛盾・疑問があります。製造会社からサンプルと違うのが届いたのに、だまされたと解っていても何故それを販売したのでしょうか？それに気がつかなかったのでしょうか？ジターリングのマークと名前の権利はジェイソンが持っています。そのジェイソンがなぜこのリングを確認しなかったのでしょうか？

10年前のアイランドエッジジターリングは、マーレイのデザインのビーズのチャッターリングをこの製造会社が作ってアイランドエッジに納品し、それをアイランドエッジがジターリングの商品名をつけて販売していました。

サンプルは以前のジターリングでした。本当に製造会社はだましたのでしょうか？もし本当に以前のジターリングのままが来たのなら製造会社は盗作したことになります。リングの注文時にはマーレイは全く関係していません。以前のジターリングのサンプルで注文したのならアイランドエッジマウイがマーレイのビーズを盗作しようとしたのでしょうか？

これだけの文章を私に送っておいて、マウイに新ジターリングは届いているのに、2011.08.25現在でも私に交換リングが送られてこないのは何故なのでしょうか？

下記の2011.03.10 11:45のmixiの自分の書き込みの記録からすると、この時点でマウイの販売が止まったことを確認しています。それまでは定期的に確認していましたがずっとありました。

これらのメッセージは数十分ごとに送られてきました。携帯電話はiphone4のTwitterアプリなので届いたことはすぐわかりました。実際に電話もかかってきました。記録の残らない電話なので話したくない私は即切りました。連続したこれらは嫌がらせの圧力だと感じました。これで吐きそうになるくらいストレスを受けました。

もうこの人とは直接やり取りすることはもう出来ないと思い。絶縁することにしました。

交換リングが来るのを待ってましたが、行き違いがあったかもしれないと思い、一応さいそくを送ってみました。

レビューの訂正で対応しようと思っていましたが交換リングが来ないのでそれもできません。交換品が来るとレビューの訂正して交換品が届くのを待っていたら2011/03/20のマーレイの削除要請メールです。それからずっと交換リングがくるのを待っていました。レビューを消したら交換リングを送るということだったのでしょうか？マウイが送ると言ってきて送らないのはどういうことなのでしょうか。

第三者のマーレイからの身勝手な話、不当な要求は全く理解できません。

このジターリングをマウイが販売したのは事実で、マウイのサイトには交換の記事も無く、無かったことになっています。交換の連絡はレビューを書いた私だけだったではないでしょうか。他の通販で購入した人や現地で購入した人への対応はどうだったのでしょうか？

このリングがどうなったのかわかりません。返品されたのか処分されたのかハワイでは売られているのでしょうか。結局のところマウイが製造会社に会社にだまされたとしても、そうでなかったとしても。私や一般のプレイヤーとは何も関係ありません。それを確認する必要もする気もありません。JCRAというプレイヤーの立場から運営しているサイトのレビューを消す理由にもなりません。

もしこのリングが多数売れて、同様のレビューが多数書かれていたら。同じようにそれぞれに交換とレビューを消させようとする対応をしていたのでしょうか？

そもそも今回のアイランドエッジマウイ版ジターリングはジェイソンとアイランドエッジマウイがマーレイ抜きにして作られたジターリングで、専用サイトなどの十分な準備を経て発売された商品です。ジェイソンたちはマーレイにコンタクトを取ろうと思えば取れました。ネットでマーレイの名前を検索すれば不動産業をしていたので連絡先は出てきましたから。2010年の7月に新ジターリングについてのメールの中でジェイソンは、マーレイポッツと話したか？と聞いてきました。私は話していないと返事しました。なぜジェイソン達はマーレイを探さなかったのでしょうか？

発売する頃にマーレイが現れてきてからこの状況です。2000年代初頭からにマーレイは長い間、このときまでリング界と離れていたのです。マーレイから10年ぶりに連絡があったのは2010年11月でした。その時はジターマックスジターリングの在庫があるから買わないかとの話でした。

中国製ジターリングはその製造会社とジェイソンとジターリングマウイの問題で、交換は私とジターリングマウイとの問題なのにいきなり第三者のマーレイが割り込んできて第三者のマーレイからの不当な要求と高圧的なメールは本当に不愉快でストレスを受けました。文句はいわれてもあれこれ強要させられる筋合いは全く無いです。

ジターリングのイメージが損なわれるからとか言ってますが、自分達自らジターリングのイメージを損なおうとしています。

なぜ実際に売られていた商品のレビュー記事を削除しなくてはいけないのか？
なぜ私がapology・謝罪しなくてはいけないのでしょうか？
